学历学位 (Education Background):大学本科
专业 (Professionals):工业自动化仪表、自动控制、计算机等相关专业
经验/履历 (Working Experience):2年及以上工业现场仪表、自动化控制系统、阀门管件销售经验
专业技能 (Professional Skills):熟练掌握常用的办公软件、具备一定的英语读写能力
其他如语言计算机能力等(Others such as Language/Computer Skills):具备良好沟通能力、能吃苦耐闹,有团队合作精神。
        
职位描述(General Discription/Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)                                
1,负责流量、压力、温度、液位、水质分析仪、气体分析仪等工业自动化仪表销售;面向新能源锂电、化工、环保、石化行业,开发终端客户与代理商,独立完成选型报价、商务谈判、项目跟进。        
2,完成担当地区/行业的产品营业指标。
3,支持代理商完成年度营业指标。
4,有驾照,能接受高频出差,适应工业厂区现场拜访。
5,诚信务实,有团队协作意识,愿意长期深耕仪表销售赛道。

岗位使命(Mission and Objectives,Why does the Job exists)
1,根据中心及营业部的战略/方针/措施,完成月度/季度/年度销售指标;跟进项目全流程,包含需求对接、报价、招投标、合同签订、回款跟进,保障项目顺利落地与资金回笼。
2,负责指定区域/行业(造纸、锂电、化工、石化、水处理等)终端工厂、工程公司、集成商开发;挖掘新项目、技改项目、替换存量仪表需求,拓展直销客户及代理渠道,搭建稳定的客户资源体系。
3,收集区域内行业政策、市场行情、竞品价格、新品动态;同步客户项目规划、年度采购计划,定期输出市场分析报告,为公司产品优化、定价、市场布局提供参考。
