In the role of Life Sharing Nurse you will work with a team creating a positive, person-centered care approach in supporting the medical, health, and wellness needs of the individuals and families supported.

Life Sharing provides support and guidance for children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who reside in host homes and for families providing care for loved ones at home.
