Immersive Technologies is the global leader in simulator training for the mining and resources sector. Our products are sold worldwide and are all designed and manufactured right here in Perth. We are the largest manufacturer of simulators, which we proudly transport in shipping containers to over 50 countries.
We are currently seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team in Malaga.

About the Role
Reporting to the Electronics Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of electronic systems and sub-assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble systems and support structures, install components, and perform alignment and calibration of electro-mechanical products
- Carry out system integration, assembly, and testing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty equipment
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and engineering instructions
- Document prototype builds and support design improvements
- Maintain accurate records of materials and assembly processes
- Assemble, and crimp cables including sub-assemblies, PCA’s up to conversion kits.
About You
- Minimum TAFE Diploma in Electro-technology (Electronics) or equivalent (Advanced Diploma preferred)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good computer and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
