Overview
Marketing Manager, Medical Aesthetics
Forefront is the largest dermatology network in the nation, with 3.5 million patients across 291 clinics— and we are growing. As Marketing Manager, Medical Aesthetics, you will help inform the strategy and own the execution of integrated marketing programs that drive growth across our cosmetic dermatology services and medical-grade skin care portfolio. You will translate consumer insights and data into compelling campaigns, deepen patient engagement across the customer lifecycle, and always bring great ideas to the forefront.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing: Build and execute marketing plans aligned to medical aesthetics growth goals, spanning existing patient service trial & retention, new patient acquisition, and product sales revenue.
- Customer Lifecycle Engagement: Design and optimize lifecycle journeys — from awareness to first treatment, repeat visit, and retail product adoption — using personalized messaging, loyalty touchpoints, and retention programs.
- Campaign Execution & Project Management: Drive full-funnel campaigns from creative brief through launch and optimization. Maintain rigorous project timelines, manage internal stakeholder and vendor relationships, and hold yourself and cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines.
- Omnichannel Content & Media: Develop and deploy creative assets across print, digital, paid media, social, out-of-home, and in-clinic point-of-sale — ensuring brand consistency and message relevance at every consumer touchpoint.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with clinic operations and clinical leaders to align marketing programs with business priorities, gather field insights, and ensure in-market execution.
- Consumer Insights & Data-Driven Planning: Leverage data, market research, and consumer behavior analytics to identify audience segments, uncover growth opportunities, and inform campaign strategy for cosmetic dermatology services and skin care products.
- Skin Care Product Sales Growth: Partner with clinical and retail teams to build marketing programs that increase professional skin care product attachment rates, average transaction value, and patient education at the point of care.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track campaign performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.
