This role sits at the intersection of customer support and product operations, ensuring users have a seamless experience with a technical software platform used in the clean energy space. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high standard of communication and responsiveness. The position involves working closely with internal teams to monitor workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing design processes. You will play an essential role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across customer channels such as chat and email.
