Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure effective Hire-to-Retire processes on a global level, serving as a process guardian when introducing new business or legal requirements.
More over, you will:
Resolve complex issues within recruitment, talent and core areas – eg. masterdata and onboarding
Resolve change requests together with IT and business users
Participate in exciting HR related initiatives worldwide
Work closely with our ServiceDesk and Employee Service Operations to ensure an excellent service to our colleagues globally
This role is located in Prague, CZ.
There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.
This is a fixed-term opportunity till the end of December 2028.

Being a member of a team with experienced HR process colleagues, and together with other Subject Matter Experts and process leads, you will play a huge part in delivering both new and maintaining existing solutions within our HR landscape all the way from Hire to Retire. We have embarked on an exciting journey to optimize our current landscape, and as an expert, you help us create our future setup.
Hire2Retire is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover both process ownership/design/optimisation as well as service delivery that executes on these processes.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience with expert process work, preferably in a global company
Proven knowledge of H2R processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data, talent management and HR technology, preferably Workday and SAP
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and the interdependencies between recruitment, onboarding, time management, and payroll
Strong desire to get the details right and a mentality of legal and compliant process design
As a person, we expect you to be curious, brave and an excellent collaborator with great communication skills. Besides, you love being part of a team of specialists and enjoy working across many different departments
