This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

You drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve business, data, and process management in the supply chain context and consistently align them with company objectives
In doing so, you take on the leadership of a global team of business process experts and foster a performance-driven, collaborative way of working across functions
You advise process owners on fundamental process changes and manage complex transformation and harmonization initiatives across departmental boundaries
Identify optimization potential through structured analyses of existing end-to-end processes and derive robust, scalable target models
Design and implement future-proof processes using modern methods and ensure their sustainable anchoring
You moderate workshops and actively drive the development of best practices and centers of competence
Ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives through effective stakeholder management as well as by steering resources, budgets, and timelines
What will convince us
Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, IT, engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in business process management with a clear focus on supply chain environments and end-to-end value creation
Proven success in a leadership or project management role in an international, cross-functional environment
Strong expertise in project management and process improvement methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma or Agile
Deep understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as experience in the implementation and use of digital solutions
Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and the ability to translate complex issues into actionable solutions
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English as well as a confident presence at different management levels
