Currently we are looking for candidate for position of:
HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
Conducting end-to-end HR operations processes (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding) ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies, labor law, and GDPR;
Conducting full recruitment processes in engineering area;
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to human resources management;
Participating in HR/payroll projects, including reporting automation and improvements for the HR area;
Being responsible for other assigned HR topics (trainings, documentation, HR administration, benefits);
cooperation with external and internal stakeholders,including contact with Airbus Group;
Monitoring changes in labor law regulations and ensuring their implementation;
Supporting the team in employee relations
Qualification:
3-5 years of HR experience on similar scope;
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices;
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance;
Communication & Fluent Polish and English (min. B2 level);
problem-solving, assertiveness and high level of independence;
team-player able to work in a cross cultural team.
