What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Residential Energy Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities across multiple residential service lines, with a primary focus on Home Energy Advisory services, Residential HVAC, and Residential Plumbing solutions.
This position will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance within the home. The ideal candidate is consultative in approach, technically capable, and driven to achieve measurable sales results.
The successful candidate will engage directly with customers in their homes, assess their needs, educate them on available solutions, and recommend services that align with both customer goals and company offerings.

- Generate and manage sales opportunities across Home Energy, HVAC, and Plumbing service lines.
- Conduct in-home assessments including energy evaluations, HVAC system reviews, and plumbing inspections.
- Identify inefficiencies, system issues, and upgrade opportunities and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and present proposals outlining scope of work, pricing, and projected benefits.
- Close sales and secure signed agreements while maintaining profitability standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and follow-up process.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and pipeline status.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and product offerings.
- Travel to customer locations as required within the service area.

What You Will Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in residential services.
- Strong consultative sales and customer communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with willingness to learn HVAC, plumbing, and energy systems.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
