Act as the on-camera personality for video campaigns, showcasing confidence and relatability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and audience expectations.
Design and implement viral content strategies that drive audience engagement and growth.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats to maximize reach and relevance.
Script, storyboard, and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.

Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in content creation, strategy development, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas tailored for a global audience.
Experience with basic video editing tools is a plus.
Background in marketing, communications, or a creative field.
Knowledge of trends and audience behaviors in the content creation landscape.
Experience working in or creating content for the staffing or recruitment industry is a bonus.
