SEO Specialist

Location: Islamabad
Description
We're looking for an SEO Specialist who actually understands how search works — not someone who recites best practices, but someone who thinks in systems, tests assumptions, and knows why a page ranks or doesn't. You'll own SEO for a portfolio of client websites, working alongside content and development teams to build long-term organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations across client sites
- Perform keyword research, gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Build and manage content plans aligned with topical authority and search intent
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and Core Web Vitals; identify and act on trends
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Optimize for both traditional search and generative engine visibility (AI overviews, SGE)
- Prepare performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure correct implementation
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Solid foundational knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
Understanding of HTML/CSS basics as they relate to SEO - Ability to read and interpret GA4 data
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Analytical mindset — able to isolate variables and run experiments
- Experience with SEO campaigns (personal projects count)
