Logistics Engineer I

This Logistics Engineer will play a role on a multi-disciplinary team that provides repair, maintenance and lifecycle sustainment services to the US Navy. This position will support the activities of the repair and maintenance facility by ensuring that part inventories are accurate and healthy. Daily activities include:- Verifying inventory according to database records- Assisting in shipping of IT assets- Entering repair data and retrieving repair history from system repair database- Assisting procurement team with identifying sources for new parts- Assisting logistics team with ensuring the parts are in stock to support the systems- Assisting logistics team with preparing for inventory audits#LI-SF1
