KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Content Development of Company Collaterals (Capability Deck):
Develop and maintain corporate and product-related marketing materials, including capability decks and presentation slides. Ensure content is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand messaging and communication strategy.Coordination of Fund Report Publication:
Coordinate the end-to-end production of fund reports, including liaising with internal stakeholders, designers, and printers. Ensure timely release in accordance with regulatory timelines and internal standards.Factsheet Publication:
Support the preparation, review, and publication of fund factsheets. Ensure accuracy of information, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and consistency with corporate brand standards.Premium Procurement:
Manage sourcing and procurement of marketing premiums and merchandise. Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery for campaigns and events.Video Development (Marketing):
Support the development and production of marketing videos (e.g., EAC destination features, product launches, fund management updates). Coordinate scripting, production, and post-production processes with agencies and internal stakeholders.Daily Fund Pricing:
Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of daily fund pricing updates across relevant communication channels. Maintain accuracy and coordination with relevant teams.Campaign & Communication Support:
Provide execution support for marketing campaigns, product launches, and communication initiatives. Coordinate content, timelines, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with designers, printers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role.
Experience in handling marketing collaterals, publications, or campaign execution is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing documents, data accuracy, and timelines.
Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in marketing communications is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with design or content tools is a plus.
