Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from planning phase through transfer to manufacturing, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with objectives.

  • Develop, manage, and track project schedules, ensuring adherence to milestones and committed deadlines.

  • Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external customers to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

  • Act as the primary point of contact with customers, maintaining clear, timely communication and continuous follow-up.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.

  • Monitor progress of technical activities, including validations, engineering builds, and process transfers.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the medical industry.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management and new product introduction processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environment.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management roles leading technical or manufacturing projects.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

  • Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Intermediate to advanced English level (B+ or higher).

  • Knowledge of validation processes, process transfers, and regulated environments.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the medical device industry.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).

  • Knowledge of risk analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

  • Experience interacting directly with external customers.
