OPERADOR DE PALETIZADO
Asegurar la operación del proceso paletizado con base a los estandares, procedimientos, controles y politicas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos,
oprtimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio,
asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes
Job Summary**
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Palletizing Operator to join our production team at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring palletizing machinery to ensure the correct stacking and packaging of finished products for shipment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Operate and oversee automated palletizing equipment, including start-up, shut-down, and routine adjustments.
* Monitor product flow to the palletizer, ensuring continuous and correct feeding.
* Verify product count and ensure proper pallet configuration and stacking patterns according to specifications.
* Perform quality checks on palletized products for stability, proper wrapping, and labeling.
* Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions, performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
* Report any equipment breakdowns or significant issues to maintenance personnel.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain a clean and organized work area around the palletizing station.
* Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with palletizing equipment.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
