Your Role at Baxter
The Rental Order Coordinator supports the PSS Therapy business by ensuring rental orders are accurately maintained, billed, and invoiced within the ERP system. This role serves as a key resource for rental order and billing processes, helping drive revenue generation, data accuracy, and operational compliance.
This is where your work directly supports accurate billing, revenue recognition, and a positive customer experience across the rental order lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Review rental order integrity reports, identify billing discrepancies, and apply corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Investigate and resolve rental order billing issues within the ERP system to support accurate month-end invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Manage rental order billing activities and serve as a subject matter resource for rental billing processes and order maintenance.
- Partner with Sales, Credit, Service Operations, and Customer Contact Center teams to resolve order, billing, and customer account issues.
- Obtain and maintain required customer documentation, including purchase orders and billing information, to support order accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Create, maintain, and analyze customer and rental reporting to support business and operational decision-making.
- Monitor performance metrics related to data integrity, including unbilled orders, aged purchase order collection, and credit-related adjustments.
- Support process compliance initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and special projects related to commercial service operations.
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in order management, billing, revenue support, customer operations, finance operations, or a related business function.
- Experience working within an ERP system to manage orders, billing transactions, and data maintenance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Experience analyzing operational or financial data and identifying discrepancies requiring corrective action.
- Experience managing documentation, reporting, and business records with a high degree of accuracy.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $43,200 - $59,400. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
