Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary yet data-driven Business Model Innovation Specialist to join our India-based Global Hub. This role is designed for a strategist who understands that technology is only as good as the business model it enables.

You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping global traditional enterprises "pivot" into the digital age. Your mission is to architect AI-powered business models, design modern Digital Operating Models, and build the rigorous financial cases (NPV/Value Realization) that turn bold ideas into funded programs.

Responsibilities:

• Business Model Transformation: Research and design innovative revenue streams and value propositions, specifically leveraging AI and Gen AI to disrupt traditional industry norms.

• Value Case & Financial Engineering: Build comprehensive value cases, including NPV analysis, ROI modeling, and TCO, to justify large-scale digital investments.

• Digital Operating Model Design: Define how organizations should "structure for speed” designing roles, processes, and governance that support a digital-first enterprise.

• Storyboarding & Narrative: Craft compelling, C-suite ready decks and narratives for global client pitches, translating complex shifts into clear strategic journeys.

• Value Creation Office (VCO): Support the setup of VCOs to track and ensure the realization of promised business benefits during a transformation.

• Experimental Design: Set up controlled studies and pilot frameworks to test "digital pivots" before full-scale global rollout.

• Commercial Strategy: Develop creative commercial and pricing strategies (e.g., outcome-based models, SaaS transitions) for traditional businesses.

Requirements:

• Strategy & Innovation: Proficiency in frameworks like Business Model Canvas, Value Stream Mapping, and Blue Ocean Strategy.

• Financial Modeling: Advanced mastery of Excel for NPV, IRR, and complex multi-year business case simulations.

• Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of how AI, Cloud, and Data ecosystems enable new business pivots (e.g., Product-to-Service shifts).

• Operating Models: Experience in designing Agile organizations, Center of Excellence (CoE) structures, and shared service models.

• Narrative Design: Expert-level PowerPoint skills with the ability to "tell a story” Through data and visualization.
