Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term client relationships on a global scale? We are seeking an experienced and driven International Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our most critical international clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for global accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, drive merchant success, and ensure consistent value delivery across markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of high-impact partnerships and contribute directly to our global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you won’t just manage accounts – you’ll be responsible for developing deep relationships with international merchants, understanding their business needs, and aligning our solutions to support their long-term success. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that Instabee delivers a seamless experience, while also using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and track performance.

Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Global Merchants. Build long-term partnerships by deeply understanding their business goals and offering tailored solutions.

Business Growth: Drive merchant adoption of our services.

Market Expertise: Stay abreast of trends in European e-commerce. Use insights to advise merchants on best practices and future-proof strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, operations and merchant success to ensure merchants have a seamless experience with Instabee. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to monitor merchant performance, identify areas for improvement, and track the success.

Advocacy: Represent the voice of Global merchants within the organization, advocating for their needs to influence product enhancements and service delivery.

What we're looking for

We believe you are a relationship builder at heart, with the ability to navigate complex organisations and influence senior stakeholders. You are equally comfortable driving strategic conversations with executives as you are digging into performance data to identify practical improvements. With a balance of commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills, you know how to create value for both merchants and Instabee.

  • Education in Business Administration or a related field

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

  • Proven experience in managing global or key accounts

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making

  • Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon.
