Job Family Summary: The Facilities job family at Procter & Gamble includes a variety of roles related to the maintenance and management of our physical sites. These roles ensure that our site facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to productive work.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and implement a cohesive-full funnel social media strategy that aligns with business goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Content Creation & Management: Create, edit, publish, and share regularly, engaging content (original text, photos, videos, and news) that reflects the brand voice.

  • Community Management: Setup a process to actively engage with the audience by responding to queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic and lower funnel attributes; data backed decision making to optimize campaigns.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital technologies.

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (e.g., paid ads on Facebook/Instagram) and manage budgets.

  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect with relevant influencers to expand brand reach.

Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or integrated brand communication.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of how social media can influence every stage of the marketing funnel, from awareness to sales.

  • Content Excellence: Ability to translate brand ideas into engaging platform-first content across multiple formats.

  • Affiliate & UGC Expertise: Hands-on experience in affiliate program management and community-driven content development.

  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and evolving digital channels.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify performance drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Search Optimization Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, GEO, and emerging AI search behavior to improve digital visibility.

  • Trend Sensitivity: Ability to identify cultural shifts and social trends early and translate them into meaningful brand opportunities.

  • Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Qualifications

• MBA/ Equivalent Degree
• Prior experience in brand management, marketing or related roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer behavior
• Comfortable working with and leveraging social media platforms for brand growth
• Ability to translate brand vision into effective campaigns and initiatives
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
