We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BDC Representative to drive customer engagement, support sales growth, and create exceptional first impressions for every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience across phone, email, and digital channels
Manage and execute customer relations processes to ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first mindset
Generate and schedule high-quality sales appointments from inbound calls, internet leads, and outbound follow-up efforts
Maintain accurate, organized customer records in CRM for consistent follow-up, retention, and relationship building
Follow up with sales and service customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to improve processes, increase conversion rates, and enhance the customer journey
Stay up to date on Volvo product knowledge, current pricing, and dealership promotions
Engage prospect lists including prior customers, unsold opportunities, referrals, and service clients to generate new business
Identify customer concerns and escalate major issues to leadership when needed
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement

High School diploma or equivalent required
