How you will make an impact
As a Trainee in the Central Europe Team, you’ll support daily processes to support seamless order to delivery process. You will gain experience in order management, query and claims handling, customer service activities and collaborate with internal partners.
You will join our Global Shared Services Centre in Gdańsk, working closely with colleagues across Customer Operations.
Specifically, you will be responsible for
- Entering customer orders into the system and managing the order inflow.
- Providing updates to customers regarding their order status, delays, or issues.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, such as incorrect items, damaged goods, or delayed shipments via different channels (phone/email).
- Cooperates with various departments throughout the order lifecycle.
What will make you successful
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious about finance processes, and ready to take their first steps in accounting.
To succeed in this role, you should have
- Customer centric & solution-oriented approach
- Digitally proficient and digitally curious
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Flexibility to work during the weekends and public holidays.
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
