WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Corporate Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies across a portfolio of hotels to maximize profitability, market share, and top-line revenue performance. This role focuses on pricing strategy, inventory management, market analysis, and distribution optimization while partnering closely with hotel operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Revenue Strategy & Pricing
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for assigned hotel portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, booking pace, and demand patterns to optimize hotel performance.
- Manage daily pricing, inventory controls, restrictions, and channel distribution strategies.
- Optimize transient, group, corporate, and wholesale business mix.
- Conduct displacement analysis and evaluate group opportunities.
- Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with hotel leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market penetration.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market conditions, special events, and competitive activity impacting hotel demand.
- Analyze STR reports and market share performance.
- Track key performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, MPI, and RGI.
- Prepare regular revenue performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
- Evaluate promotional performance and channel contribution.
- Systems & Distribution
- Manage revenue management systems, CRS, and channel distribution platforms.
- Ensure rate accuracy and inventory availability across all booking channels.
- Monitor OTA performance, rate parity, and channel profitability.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams on promotional and pricing initiatives.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with hotel General Managers and Directors of Sales to align commercial strategies.
- Provide strategic pricing guidance and market insight to property teams.
- Support brand initiatives and corporate commercial objectives.
- Train and mentor Corporate Revenue Analyst and hotel-level revenue leaders where applicable.
- Maintain strong communication with operations, sales, and marketing teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least 2-3 years of revenue management experience. Multi-property experience is preferred.
- Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and/or Hyatt system knowledge.
- Strong ability to make data driven decisions
- Critical thinking skills to independently identify and action revenue opportunities
- Understanding of general hotel operations and philosophy of yield management
- Proficient with industry systems including TravelClick, CoSTR, OTAs, etc. as well as Excel and Microsoft Office products.
