This role serves as the Marketing Leader for Taiwan, responsible for driving both strategy and activation excellence, with clear accountability for business growth and market development.
You will act as a “mini-GM” marketing leader, bridging global strategy with local execution while leading a high-impact marketing team.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
1. Drive Business Growth through Marketing Leadership
Own marketing strategy for Taiwan Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions portfolio
Translate global/regional strategy into strong local execution
Drive product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth
2. Lead Insight-to-Execution Marketing
Generate deep customer, market, and clinical insights
Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies
Execute integrated marketing programs to deliver measurable results
3. Drive Activation & Demand Generation
Lead end-to-end activation programs across channels (education, digital, events)
Partner with sales to enable customer engagement and conversion
Build impactful KOL and clinical engagement programs
4. Build Strong Healthcare Ecosystem Engagement
Collaborate with HCPs, hospitals, and medical associations
Develop education programs, case studies, and clinical value communication
Strengthen solution-based positioning in hospital settings
5. Lead and Develop the Marketing Team
Manage and coach Taiwan marketing team
Build capabilities in strategy, activation, and execution
Foster accountability and high-performance culture
The Skills and Expertise
10+ years of post-university work experience, plus at least 3 years of marketing team leader experience at a global MNC in the healthcare or medical device industry.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, medical, medical technology, or healthcare-related field. An MBA degree is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of the hospital environment and the challenges faced by healthcare providers is highly desirable.
