
Hybrid Account Manager - MRI Vault CRM

About the Role:
We are looking for a Hybrid Account Manager who can create advocates in the marketplace for the MRI brand, reduce the attrition rate of existing customers through open and regular communication, drive whitespace revenue into existing customer accounts through new feature uptake, partner integrations and new logo attainment.
This is a great opportunity for dynamic sales professionals that are focused on expanding MRI's footprint to the existing client base employing a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through online and face-to-face interaction.
- Acting as a “solutions expert” in helping customers with their unique business issues and strategic initiatives
- Working with the broader sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies
- Driving and managing the sales process - targeting whitespace opportunities, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting/ scheduling software demonstrations, negotiating and administrating opportunities within an assigned territory with the assistance of designated hunters
- Facilitating the sales administration process in company CRM
- Design account strategies and work with sales leadership & marketing to achieve short and long-term sales goals for targeted clients
- Conduct ‘outbound’ call campaigns to drive individual initiatives
- Exceed assigned annual sales/retention quotas
- Handle the contracting process and sales administration
- Understand MRI’s positioning in the market and be well versed in product differentiators and strengths
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or similar (Property Manager, AM or BDM)
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is essential.
- Experience with MRI CRM Software & Website solution or similar real estate SaaS solutions
- Ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationship to increase the revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with the ability to work with the key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience sales CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) is essential
