About the team The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a Seller Marketing & Communication professional to lead the branding and awareness agenda that keeps TikTok Shop top of mind across our key fashion hubs — turning brand presence and success stories into seller acquisition, activation, and growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, communication, and field operations. This is not a pure desk job. It demands field presence, direct partner interaction, and the ability to switch between strategy and hands-on execution — sometimes on the same day.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute localized branding strategies, ensuring strong, consistent visibility in high-density commercial hubs.
- Turn seller and brand growth stories into compelling, data-driven narratives (playbooks, frameworks, best practices).
- Plan localized campaigns and manage trade show / event presence (stand design, kits, branded materials, on-site activations).
- Coordinate regional activations and commercial visits
- Build structured communication flows for onboarding, activation, and engagement, consistent across regions and adapted to local context
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, brand, trade, or seller/partner marketing
- Strong storytelling with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of seller onboarding and lifecycle frameworks
- Solid understanding of the Brazilian e-commerce landscape.
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in relatable in-category management, at a large partners, or agency side or other company with specialism in Fashion is preferred.
- Field marketing or commercial events logistics experience
- Familiarity with performance marketing (Ads, GMV-driven growth)
- Experience in case-based marketing or thought leadership content
