Site Director

The Site Director will be responsible for leading TCOM’s Aerostar Business Unit Tillamook site while serving as the primary interface for customer engagement, opportunity development, and front-end program execution.

This role operates at the intersection of business development and program management, translating customer requirements into executable plans and coordinating internal teams to deliver aligned solutions. This position is also the onsite representative, ensuring strong customer relationships and alignment with test and operational capabilities.
