As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Sandoz products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical teams, you will act as a trusted quality partner, supporting compliant operations while driving continuous improvement. Your contribution will be essential in safeguarding product quality and ensuring Sandoz continues to deliver safe, effective medicines.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure incoming products are inspected and released in line with approved specifications and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all handling, storage, and distribution of products meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Conduct quality monitoring activities, investigate non-compliance, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions
- Maintain and improve procedures, ensuring compliance through training and internal audits
- Manage product quality issues including complaints and product integrity concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing guidance on quality and compliance matters
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience managing processes such as deviations, investigations and corrective actions
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and provide guidance
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry standards
- Relevant tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy, or a related field
