主要工作职能：
Major Responsibilities:
根据项目要求，承担设计开发任务，如点云处理算法、3D网格处理算法以及图像处理算法等；
Undertake design and development tasks based on project requirements, such as point cloud processing algorithms, 3D mesh processing algorithms, and image processing algorithms.
维护和改进已有产品的算法模块，解决客户现场反馈的问题；
Maintain and improve algorithm modules for existing products, addressing feedback from clients.
辅导其他算法工程师完成算法模块详细设计；
Mentor other algorithm engineers in completing detailed algorithm module designs.
承担工作中的文档编制、知识整理以及专利开发工作。
Handle documentation, knowledge organization, and patent development tasks.
任职要求：
Requirements:
计算机、电子、应用数学等相关教育背景的本科及以上学历，3年或1年（博士）以上算法设计的工作经验；
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, applied mathematics, or related fields. At least 3 years of algorithm design experience, or 1 year for candidates with a Ph.D.
熟悉C ++，了解Python、Matlab等编程语言，具有良好的编程习惯；
Proficient in C++, with knowledge of Python, Matlab, and other programming languages, and possesses good programming habits.
熟悉线性代数、矩阵分解、非线性优化、概率论以及数值计算等基础数学知识；
Familiar with basic mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, matrix decomposition, nonlinear optimization, probability theory, and numerical computation；
掌握点云几何理论，如点云配准、滤波、简化、分割、去噪等；
Proficient in point cloud geometry theory, such as point cloud registration, filtering, simplification, segmentation, and denoising.
熟悉主流3D重建算法，如结构光3D测量/双目视觉/平行共聚焦等；
Familiar with mainstream 3D reconstruction algorithms, such as structured light 3D measurement, stereo vision, and parallel confocal.
对技术能持续学习和精进，对自己的技术路线有完整的规划；
A continuous learner in technology, with a clear plan for personal technical development.
