主な業務内容

• パン・ベーカリー製品の製造および仕込み作業
• 製品の品質管理および仕上がり確認
• 食材・原材料の準備および管理
• 厨房内の衛生・安全・清潔基準の遵守
• 機材・設備の簡単なメンテナンスおよび清掃
• チームメンバーとの連携によるスムーズなオペレーション
• ブランドスタンダードに沿った製品の提供

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and production of bread and bakery items
• Quality control of products and final quality checks
• Preparation and management of ingredients and raw materials 
• Adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen 

• Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities

• Smooth operation through teamwork and collaboration with team members 

• Delivery of products in line with brand standards

   

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in bakery or culinary operations

• Strong interest in bread making and bakery products

• Ability to work well in a team environment 
• Attention to detail and ability to work with care and precision 
• Strong awareness of hygiene and sanitation standards 

• Availability to work shifts, including early morning hours
