analyzing receiving & shipping data to determine if information is either missing or reported incorrectly
performing system functions using files and screens within SAP to process receiving & shipping information
communicating with receiving & shipping associates on a daily basis to ensure information is processed accurately
monitoring the SAP error log for inventory movements
performing necessary transactions within SAP and WMS to correct errors and ensure timely processing
accepting additional responsibilities as determined by Assistant Controller
checking in with truck drivers
printing stickers for incoming loads for receiving associate
