The Server is responsible for creating a memorable guest experience through service. Their primary responsibilities are to take drink and food orders, make all alcoholic drinks for bar and floor seating, communicate effectively with front and back of the house staff, manage payment collection, and remain compliant with health and safety standards. The Server reports directly to the Front of the House Manager for Service.

Responsibilities:
- Educate guests on the Smashin Crab concept and dining experience
- Full knowledge of the food and drink menu items and origin of live seafood
- Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude
- Make, mix, and garnish all alcoholic beverages for bar and floor guests
- Accurately enter orders into point of sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and act to correct any issues
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Collect payments from tables to complete the guest experience
- Perform running side work, opening duties, and closing duties as required
- Obtain and maintain:
- Food Handler Certification
- TABC Certification
