WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will help shape the guest experience long before anyone rides a chairlift. This role sits at the intersection of content, CRM, and campaign execution, delivering the right message to the right guest at exactly the right moment.
You will help bring the Blue Mountain brand to life through email campaigns, automated customer journeys, and personalized content that sparks excitement, drives bookings, and keeps guests connected every step of the way.
Building and executing automated email campaigns including welcome series, transaction confirmations, pre-visit excitement builders, and post-visit follow-ups.
Ideating, coordinating, and deploying content personalization strategies using best-in-class tools to meet department goals and objectives.
Writing compelling copy, irresistible subject lines, and strong calls to action that convert.
Maintaining and updating website content using CMS to ensure accuracy, functionality, user experience, and alignment with brand standards.
Coordinating analytics reporting and working with testing tools to track performance, surfacing insights that improve future results.
Collaborating with Business Unit Managers and the broader marketing team to understand content goals and keep messaging aligned with business objectives.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of digital marketing or email marketing experience; resort or hospitality industry experience considered an asset
Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation workflows
Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic web content management
Knowledge of HTML and CSS an asset
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar
Strong analytical thinking with a knack for turning data into actionable insights
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
