HOURLY RATE - $21.43
FULL-TIME HOURS:
Year-Round with health and dental benefits
Average 5 shifts per week
8-hour shifts – Typically Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Some evenings and weekends may be required
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you’ll help ensure every stay is seamless, memorable, and uniquely ours. You’ll be both a quality champion and a guest experience enhancer, bringing insight, organization, and creativity to our lodging operations.
Conducting audits of guest and team areas to ensure Blue Mountain standards are met.
Acting as “experience detective”—spot opportunities to level up quality and consistency across properties
Supporting the creation of reporting tools and transform data into meaningful, insight-driven improvements
Helping track trends and recommending ways to keep raising the bar
Helping develop and maintain our Lodging Standards Library—the guide for delivering consistently outstanding experiences
Supporting the evolution of policies, SOPs, and processes.
Assisting in standardizing training, service delivery, and loyalty experiences across all lodging teams
Coordinating, supporting, and leading engaging training programs.
Owning guest recognition experiences for our Loyalty Program; planning, organizing, and executing thoughtful surprises from the Excite Room.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you will be communicating with guests and leaders on resort.
Strong attention to detail; you notice the details others miss!
You’re organized, curious, and always looking for better ways to do things
You bring positive energy and believe work should be both purposeful and fun
Intermediate Computer – MS Office (Word and Excel). SMS knowledge is an asset.
Experience in multiple departments within the Lodging Division is an asset.
