The Total Rewards Specialist (In-office) supports the day-to-day administration of the company’s total rewards programs, with a focus on health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives. This role also provides administrative support to the Leaves of Absence, Workers’ Compensation and HRIS functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processes that enhance employee experience and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions and deadlines.
