Master Engineer - Process

Analyze maintenance data, develop hindsight and conclusion, and propose improvement on maintenance strategies/plan Perform critical analysis of maintenance process together with PCM controller to drive improvement for VMM maintenance process and KPI maturity Contribute in detection, report and elimination of abnormalities in the operational process through control of the process variables Provide support and actively involve in the development of annual production budget and cost based on technical data and analysis Ensure the fulfillment of the safety, health, quality and environmental standards and policies Prepare and/or review PRO and PGS related to maintenance planning process Assist maintenance planning manager in leading and delivering key initiatives for Maintenance Planning Department Management of routines and as per guidelines Experience: 6 - 8 years for Degree holders / 10-12years for Diploma in Engineering
