Eaton’s Ankara plant is a key part of our global operations, supporting innovative solutions in power management. The site plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products and financial excellence, working closely with international teams across regions.
What you’ll do:
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and ensure strong compliance across accounting processes.
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Ankara.
- Contribute to the effective execution of daily accounting operations
- Support timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, SOX, and internal control requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate, well-supported balance sheet reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial reports in line with US GAAP, corporate guidelines, and local regulations
- Perform analytical reviews of high-risk GL accounts and key transactions
- Support statutory reporting and internal/external audits
- Ensure proper documentation and approval for manual journal entries
- Support CAPEX planning and analysis across assigned ledgers
- Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation
- Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Controllership organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 experience in Accounting is a must
- Previous experience in a multinational company would be a plus
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
- Good understanding of tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Fluent in Turkish and good knowledge of English language
