Job Description
- Assess creditworthiness, analyze industries and products, and recommend credit limits.
- Monitor and evaluate market risk exposures, perform stress testing, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Identify and analyze operational risks, support incident analysis, and assist in process improvement.
- Evaluate prime brokerage client risks, monitor portfolios, and issue margin calls.
- Collaborate with Trading and Sales teams to understand front-to-back risk dynamics.
- Enhance credit assessment methodologies and reporting frameworks.
- Review market risk limits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to the development of efficient risk management processes.
- Obtain required licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a deep interest in financial markets and risk management.
- Prior financial industry experience or internships are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to obtain the necessary licenses during the program.
