Overview As the Vice President of AI Enablement at Razorfish, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption across the organization and enabling teams to deliver exceptional client value through intelligent automation and innovation. In this strategic leadership role, you will champion AI initiatives across three core pillars: internal productivity tools, client-facing innovation, and platform AI optimization. You will oversee the development and management of an ecosystem of internal applications that replace traditional Excel workflows, empowering teams across all crafts—including SEO, paid social, programmatic display and video, ad ops, strategy and planning, account management, and media ops—to work more efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation, creating scalable solutions to critical business problems, and positioning Razorfish as a leader in AI-enabled marketing services. Responsibilities Strategic AI Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI enablement strategy across three pillars: (1) internal productivity and automation, (2) client innovation and competitive differentiation, and (3) platform AI optimization (Meta, Google, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. Internal Tool Ecosystem Management: Oversee the creation, deployment, and management of dozens of internal applications designed to replace Excel-based workflows, improving team productivity, data accuracy, and service delivery quality across all marketing disciplines. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with leaders across SEO, paid social, programmatic, ad ops, strategy, account management, and media ops to identify high-impact use cases where AI can solve critical business problems and enhance client deliverables. Problem-Solving Orientation: Lead initiatives that address real business challenges through AI-enabled solutions, focusing on practical applications that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Ecosystem Development: Build and maintain a collaborative environment where teams can discover, share, and leverage AI tools and applications, creating documentation, training materials, and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable adoption. Client Innovation Partnership: Work closely with client-facing teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive innovation in client strategies, campaigns, and results, serving as a thought partner for AI-enabled marketing solutions. Platform AI Optimization: Stay current on AI capabilities within major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and guide teams on best practices for leveraging platform AI features to maximize campaign performance. Change Management: Drive organizational change by building AI literacy, reducing resistance to new tools and workflows, and demonstrating the tangible benefits of AI adoption through success stories and measurable outcomes. Vendor and Technology Evaluation: Assess AI tools, platforms, and partnership opportunities, making strategic recommendations on build vs. buy decisions and technology investments that support the AI enablement roadmap. Talent Development: Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging experimentation with AI technologies and developing internal expertise across the organization. Thought Leadership: Represent Razorfish at industry events and contribute to the agency's reputation as an innovator in AI-enabled marketing, sharing insights on practical AI applications in marketing services. Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of AI initiatives on productivity, quality, cost savings, and client satisfaction, reporting progress to senior leadership. Strong product and program management skills, with experience overseeing the development and deployment of software tools or internal platforms (software development experience not required). Proven ability to identify and solve complex business problems through technology solutions, with a focus on practical, scalable applications rather than theoretical possibilities.
