Narrative:
SENIOR ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT – COMMUNITY HOSPICE (SPH Inpatient hospice unit).
The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Senior administrative assistant to join our support team at our inpatient unit located on the 5th floor at St Peters Hospital. This position works as part of a team supporting clinicians who admits and cares for inpatient hospice patients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- data entry and use of computer software and answering phones.
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-changing environment, ability to work efficiently, easy to work with, and strong time management skills.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years administrative assistant experience.
- Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
