Job Description
Analyse commercial productivity across executive, branch, divisional, and national levels, identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities in customer acquisition and upgrades of HSBC ONE & Premier, payroll switching, Primacy, among others. Monitor key commercial KPIs (productivity, sales quality, initiative adoption), consolidating performance insights for executive tracking. Detect performance deviations and generate early alerts on potential risks or improvement areas Evaluate the adoption and effectiveness of commercial campaigns and initiatives (e.g., CRM campaigns), assessing impact on conversion, productivity, and sales quality. Identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities in commercial initiatives. Generate actionable insights and structured analysis to support Commercial Management and Business decision-making. Translate data into clear recommendations to optimize commercial execution in the branch network. Support identification of opportunities to improve commercial performance and execution consistency. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields). 5+ years of experience in retail banking, commercial strategy, business analytics, or performance management roles. Experience in commercial performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of data tools and reporting platforms is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Solid understanding of retail banking products, commercial dynamics, and branch network execution. Experience in commercial performance analysis, sales strategy, or business analytics. Knowledge of KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and commercial reporting. Understanding of incentive schemes and their impact on sales behaviour (preferred). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
