The Finance Business Partnership Leader 90 is responsible for leading the strategic financial direction for multiple business units, ensuring alignment with corporate vision to drive long-term growth and profitability. The role provides expert financial guidance to influence critical decisions and shape corporate strategy. The role oversees financial planning and analysis, evaluates large-scale initiatives like mergers and acquisitions, and drives financial performance by monitoring metrics and addressing risks. The role leads cross-functional teams in developing financial models, ensures compliance with governance standards, and champions continuous process improvement. The role builds strong relationships with stakeholders and mentors finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting the company's growth and innovation goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Leads the strategic financial direction of multiple business units, ensuring that financial strategies are aligned with the overall corporate vision and driving the long-term growth and profitability of the organization.
• Serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing expert financial guidance and strategic insights to influence critical business decisions, shape corporate strategy, and achieve financial objectives.
• Oversees the financial planning and analysis function for complex and diverse business units, ensuring that financial plans, forecasts, and budgets are comprehensive, data-driven, and support the company’s strategic goals.
• Leads the evaluation of large-scale strategic initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, providing in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and recommendations to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Drives the financial performance of the organization by monitoring key financial metrics, identifying emerging risks and opportunities, and working with senior executives to develop and implement strategies that optimize financial outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional teams in the development of financial models and business cases for high-impact projects, ensuring that all assumptions are rigorously tested and that recommendations are aligned with the company’s long-term strategic priorities.
• Ensures the organization’s financial practices adhere to the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and corporate governance, working closely with audit, compliance, and legal teams to manage financial risks and address regulatory requirements.
• Champions continuous improvement in financial processes and systems across the organization, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, and external partners, ensuring that financial perspectives are integrated into all major business decisions and that the finance function is viewed as a strategic partner.
• Mentors and develops finance managers and specialists within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning, and ensuring that the finance team is equipped to support the company’s growth and innovation objectives at the highest levels.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 11 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 9 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
