Hospitalist Lead - Days - Lebanon, IN

Witham Health Services, located in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to serve in a Lead Hospitalist role within our established inpatient medicine program. This position blends direct patient care with leadership and administrative responsibilities and offers a consistent 7 days on, 7 days off schedule with 12 hour day shifts.

The Lead Hospitalist will play a key role in supporting clinical operations, mentoring team members, and partnering with medical staff and leadership to ensure high quality patient care. Witham’s Hospitalist team provides comprehensive inpatient services across our Med Surg, CCU, and Geri Psych units.
