Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Civil Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in grading design, with specific experience in single-family detached home subdivisions (both front- and alley-loaded product types). They will also bring proven experience in designing and producing complete single-family subdivision plan sets, including:
Preliminary plats Roadway plans and profiles Closed and open stormwater conveyance systems Sanitary sewer systems Sediment and erosion control Water distribution utility plans Stormwater management design Standard construction details
Additionally, they will conduct municipal research and summarize development requirements for senior leadership across the markets where Southern Land Company operates.
