Southern Hospitality Company, an entity of Southern Land Company, is headquartered in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to open our new Italian restaurant, Lupo Notte. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, in a fast-paced work environment.
The Sous Chef will assist the Chefs in overseeing culinary operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. This role will involve working closely with the culinary and front of house teams, provide guidance on food safety and hygiene standards, and lead culinary team to success.
