Inside Sales Ops Manager

Spectrum by Watchfire is seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Operations Manager to lead and support our Texas inside sales team. This role is based full-time at our Houston facility and plays a critical role in driving proposal accuracy, turnaround time, and overall sales efficiency. The Inside Sales & Operations Manager will directly manage Inside Sales Representatives while also working alongside the team to improve processes, throughput, and accountability.
