Job Description
PURPOSE:
The Leasing Assistant is responsible for managing Zero Dollar Amendment lease-up projects within Sitetracker, ensuring accurate processing and timely team engagement throughout the system.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution. This position plays a critical role in streamlining lease-up projects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining data integrity across all relevant platforms.
FUNCTIONS:
- Project Creation & Management: Initiate and manage Zero Dollar projects in Sitetracker promptly, gathering necessary inputs from the Leasing, Operations and Sales teams.
- Process Execution: Complete project tasks efficiently, marking specific steps as N/A where applicable.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Monitor and follow up with participating departments to ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks within the system.
- Document Drafting & Management: Prepare amendments, actas, and other relevant documents required for project processing with the client.
- Record Keeping: Upload executed documents to the lease library to maintain accurate transaction records.
- System Updates: Ensure relevant equipment libraries are updated accordingly.
- Communication & Reporting: Keep Leasing, Operations and Sales teams informed about project progress and completion.
- Data & Reporting Maintenance: Update and maintain required databases and Excel reports as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Working in an office environment, sitting at a desk/computer for long periods of time. Able to lift to 5 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an administrative or legal assistant
- Experience in wireless communication industry / real estate/ or Legal is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated mastery balancing multiple tasks, project management and time skills.
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team.
