Animal Handler II - Barns - 3rd Shift (JOA)

This position is responsible for the humane unloading, accounting, penning and welfare of all delivered hogs. This position must coordinate the movement of animal lots to and from open pens and to the serpentine. This position is responsible to ensure an anti-mortem check was performed before releasing a lot to the serpentine. Functional numeric ability is required to count and document lot information for Company and USDA record keeping. Functional verbal skill is required to communicate with Truck Drivers and Team Members involved in the process. The Company is capable of delivering training for this position English and/or Spanish.
