Job Description

We are seeking dependable and experienced Assemblers III to join our team. This role involves assembling forged metal products and travel trailer frames in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot issues on the line, and the capability to provide guidance to team members when needed. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble forged metal components and trailer frames according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently
  • Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurements using tape measures and other tools.
  • Use hand tools and pneumatic tools (saws, drills, grinders, etc.) to complete assembly tasks.
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly or material issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures.
  • Assist in other departments or cross-functional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimal prior experience required; training can be provided.
  • Basic ability to read prints, diagrams, and measurements is helpful.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and air tools is a plus.
  • Strong dependability, reliability, and a committed work ethic.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
