Job Description

Head of Controlling II CT2201 Job Objective Building, developing and implementing an active and forward-looking controlling for the company Create the necessary transparency and decision support for the management to ensure the business success of the company Duties and Responsibilities A Controlling 1 Building up and implementing a strategic and company related early warning system (e.g. competitor comparison) in order to be able to recognize new market developments in good time 2 Management of the controllers in development / production and purchasing controlling as well as the coordination of related activities with Sales and the Hella companies in order to support the targets with the overall corporate group in mind 3 Implementation of deviation analyses and initiation of measures for improvement in order to have a positive influence on the future operating result 4 Controllership of the investment program for the company, including the evaluation of mergers and acquisitions and large-scale investments e.g. for new factory buildings in order to align the investment program to the overall business strategy and financial targets within the corporate group 5 Contribution to the introduction and further development of the respective controlling tools for the corporate group in order to meet the demands placed on Controlling 6 Evaluation of new projects on the basis of corporate strategy in order to guarantee that project selection by the management is in line with business strategy 7 Carrying out special analysis e.g. Make or Buy decisions, Joint Ventures... in order to provide support for the line management in making decisions 8 Involvement in the development, implementation and responsibility of efficient controlling within the context of specified processes and methods B Leadership 1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks 2 Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks 3 Participating in hiring process and responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands 4 Managing of employees according to targets and delegation, to select, to qualify and further develop employees on the basis of a culture of trust, control effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate potential and promote individual competencies, to achieve the targets of the department Job Profile / Requirements a) profession / education b) job related experience University degree More than 6 up to 7 years
