ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ
As a strategic bridge between HR and IT, the HR business Analyst is responsible for leading the transformation and optimization of global HRMS/ HCM solution. The core mission is to build a highly integrated digital ecosystem, ensuring that global HR data flows seamlessly into downstream systems (e.g., SAP ERP, payroll). This role is pivotal in driving the transition from manual processes to an automated, data-driven “Next -Generation” HCM environment.
ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
● Global HCM Implementation & Migration: Lead end to end implementation of global HCM solutions. Manage the process design and data migration from legacy system (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft) to next-generation cloud platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors/ Workday).
● International Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for overseas Business Units(BUs). Communicate complex system requirements to overseas HR teams and align local business processes with global corporate standards.
● End-to-End Integration & Automation: Architect and manage the automated data flow between the global HCM core and all downstream systems. This includes:
– IT Identity & Access Management: Automating the Hire-to-Retired lifecycle (Recruitment/ Onboarding/ Development/ Retention/ Offboarding) to ensure secure and immediate access control.
– Local Business system: Integrating with regional Payroll, Leave Management and Finance systems to ensure data consistency and localized compliance across all global entities.
● Complex Problem Solving: Tackle intricate business requirements by applying technical expertise and judgement. Develop solutions that balance “Global Standardization” with “Local Flexibility” in scenarios where established procedures may be lacking.
● Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Take independent ownership of high-quality deliverables, including localized business requirement documents(BRD), functional specifications, and the execution of global User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
– Technical Domain: Strong understanding of integration logic (APIs, Middleware) and experience connecting global platforms with IT IAM (e.g., Azure AD) and local Payroll/ Attendance vendors.
– Experience: 5+ years of experience as and IT Business Analyst, with a proven track record of implementing Global HRMS/HCM solution and managing multi-country integrations.
– Language: Excellent business English and cross-cultural communication skills are mandatory for collaborating with overseas HR partners and vendors.

• Independence & Analytical Judgment: Ability to drive project progress with minimal supervision and determine optimal solutions based on technical and legal constraints.
